A Week Full of Birthdays!

Hey hey hey!

I WAS IN THEY SYDNEY SUNDAY TELEGRAPH FROM THE HORSE TRACK! We just looked so cute they couldn't not add the picture of Alli and I.

This week we have two 21st birthdays to celebrate, on Monday March 31, Nicole (my roommate) turned 21! After a long day of school, I was not feeling to well so I was not able to partake in the celebration activities, they went to Side Bar which is right across the street from our apartment complex since it was a Monday night. On Saturday April 5, Kelley (my other roommate) turns 21 and we have some big plans! We're going to Marquee, a night club that has a cover of $65 and three stages of security, on Friday night but thankfully we know someone who promotes the club (TEAN Christine) and is able to get us on the list for free cover and VIP. The girls and I plan on getting all dolled up and looking sophisticated for our big night out to Marquee because we are told thats where you can find some rich husbands. The list is very selective and we only invited our closest friends. Celebrating birthdays is so fun especially when it's their 21st!

Last night, Wednesday April 2, our friends from the apartment went out to Golden Sheaf, the Wednesday night spot, and I met up with my Australian friend from Spanish class, Annabelle. I had a good night although we did get home early.

Today, Thursday April 3, was a beautiful day, the sun was shining so naturally I was on the balcony all day tanning. Tonight I am so excited because its my first time eating out since I've been here. Nicole and I plan on going to MadMex which is the Australian Chipotle but still soo good. I am craving a chicken burrito, MmmMMmmm

In other news: The apartment complex is having an audit this week. They've turned off the intercom systems and will not allow you in the apartment unless you have a scanner. This is because recently the maintenance men have reported several apartments with an unusual amount of Asians living. One apartment has over 20 Asians living there, there are no beds or furniture just sleeping bags or bunk beds. By doing this audit they are able to filter out the people who are not on the lease. They have estimated over 1000 extra people living in this apartment complex but after this week there will not be. We have seen cops come in and out the apartment with several people in handcuffs because of the illegal activity going on. On the other hand, our apartment has 4 girls and now has a broken garbage disposal. The other week every time the garbage disposal was run, it blew the fuse. After notifying Christian he laughed at us and told us not to use it if its a problem. Well now, since no one has come to fix it, it does not work at all. The sink won't drain and the dishwasher doesn't work either. This is turning into a sick joke because our dishes can't be cleaned via hand or dishwasher because of the issues in the sink. We are going to complain everyday until something happens because this is out of control.

Well thats all I have for now so love ya all!
